Anti-Aristide Rebellion Spreads Across Haiti

NPR's Tavis Smiley gets an update on the ongoing crisis in Haiti with Gary Pierre Pierre, editor of the Haitian Times of New York. We also look at how the crisis is sparking political debate in the U.S. Guests include Rep. Barbara Lee (D-CA), a member of the House International Relations Committee and co-chair of the Haiti Task Force, and Timothy Carney, former U.S. ambassador to Haiti (1998-1999). Carney is currently an advisory board member of the Haiti Democracy Project in Washington, D.C.
