Oakland Wary of Drug Laws' Impact

California legalized marijuana for medical use almost a decade ago, but under federal law, distributing or selling the drug remains illegal. Some Oakland residents fear an increase in non-medical drug traffic. Judy Campbell of member station KQED reports.
