A weekend collision that sank one vessel and damaged another has forced the closure of the southern entrance to the Mississippi River, as salvage crews work to remove the wreck and the Coast Guard searches for five missing seamen. Cargo and passenger traffic has been bottled up by the closure. NPR's Melissa Block talks with Gary LaGrange, head of the Port of New Orleans.
