U.S. Prepares to Receive Haitian Refugees
In Miami, U.S. authorities say they may use the U.S. base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, as a processing facility if they're faced with a Haitian exodus. So far, however, there are no signs of Haitians fleeing their country even as conditions there deteriorate. NPR's Phillip Davis reports.
