Bush Makes Planned AIDS Grants

The first grants from President George Bush's AIDS initiative are released. The president has promised $15 billion in aid to 14 countries over five years. Monday's announcement includes the first $350 million to be given out. Critics say the money has been too long in coming and is far below what is need. NPR's Brenda Wilson reports.
