It is now 100 days since Republican Arnold Schwarzenegger became governor of California in the historic election that also resulted in the recall of former governor Gray Davis. As a candidate, Schwarzenegger had a long list of things he wanted to accomplish in his first 100 days in office. NPR's Ina Jaffe reports.
