Putin Fires Entire Cabinet

Russia's President Vladimir Putin dismisses his prime minister and all other Cabinet ministers, saying he is shuffling his government as he prepares for next month's presidential election. With virtually no political opposition before the March 14 balloting, Putin is widely expected to win a second term. NPR's Lawrence Sheets reports.
