N. Korea Talks Set to Resume

Diplomats from the United States, North Korea, South Korea, China, Russia and Japan resume negotiations tomorrow in Beijing in an attempt to dismantle North Korea's nuclear weapons program. This is the second round of the so-called Six Party Talks. North Korea is demanding compensation as a quid pro quo for freezing the weapons program. NPR's Rob Gifford reports.
