North Korea Nuclear Talks Begin

U.S., Russian, Japanese and Chinese diplomats join their counterparts from North and South Korea in Beijing for a second round of talks on Pyongyang's nuclear program. Observers say North Korea seems ready to curb its nuclear ambitions in exchange for economic aid. But others suggest U.S. officials are unlikely to agree to such a deal in a presidential election year. Hear NPR's Rob Gifford.
