The Supreme Court rules that states may forbid students awarded state scholarships from using them for theology studies. By a 7-2 vote, the justices ruled that states have the freedom to make that decision, and are not bound to subsidize all fields of study even if they subsidize some. NPR's Nina Totenberg reports.
