Walt Disney Co. CEO Michael Eisner suffers a pair of setbacks in his battle to hold onto his job. CalPERS, the nation's largest public pension fund, said it would vote against Eisner at the upcoming shareholders' meeting. And an advisory service urged shareholders not to vote for Eisner's re-election to Disney's board. NPR's Kim Masters reports.
