NPR's Bob Edwards talks with Joseph Cirincione, director of the Non-Proliferation Project at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, about Pakistan's role in a recently uncovered nuclear black market. Cirincione says Pakistan should receive the same punitive attention the United States is giving Libya and Iran.
