The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops will release two reports Friday on sexual abuse by priests. Preliminary numbers leaked to CNN indicate more than 4,400 priests have been accused of abusing some 11,000 children since 1950 — twice as many as the church previously estimated. NPR's Barbara Bradley Hagerty reports.
