Judge Roy Moore argues for his reinstatement as chief justice of Alabama's Supreme Court. Moore was relieved of his duties in November, after refusing to obey a federal court order to remove a granite monument to the Ten Commandments from the rotunda of the state judicial building. A special, stand-in State Supreme Court will rule on Moore's appeal. Melanie Peeples reports.
