Military Prepares for Basra Handover

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown announced Wednesday that the southern Iraq city of Basra will be handed over to Iraqi authority this weekend. British Army spokesman Lt. Col. Nick Goulding discusses the preparations and prospects of the handover with Madeleine Brand.
