Judge Drops Most Serious of Stewart's Charges

In a written opinion released Friday, Judge Miriam Goldman Cedarbaum dismisses the most serious charge against Martha Stewart in the style maven's trial stemming from allegations of insider stock trading. Stewart faced a maximum of 10 years in prison if she had been convicted of securities fraud. NPR's Jim Zarroli reports.
