Pakistan's Imran Khan Planning Election Boycott

Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf plans to lift martial law this weekend. Opposition politician Imran Khan plans to boycott the upcoming elections unless and until Supreme Court judges are reinstated. He says the elections are being rigged, and the caretaker government is not neutral.
