On our blog today, we're feature Lindsey Turner, a listener who grew up on a farm in Saltillo, Tenn. A graphic designer, she has an eye for the wider world.

"I've always wanted to maybe get out of Tennessee for a little while," Turner says. "And I'm opening to eventually coming back and being near my family. But I'm still in that phase where I kind of want to branch out and see how far I can go."

For now, the answer is Memphis, specifically the city's arty Midtown neighborhood. Turner moved there despite her family's anxiety about the urban crime, and she has spent the past year blogging a picture a day with Project 365 on her personal site, Theology and Geometry.

Turner sends this audio slideshow, "Where I Live Now: Midtown Memphis," about her adopted hometown.

If you'd like to feature your town in a "Where I Live Now" slideshow, drop us a line in our blog's comments section. We'll do the heavy lifting — you need only to send photos and have a brief phone interview. It's almost easy, and absolutely fun.
