Disney Considers Eisner Reprimand

Disney shareholders at the company's annual meeting upbraid longtime chief Michael Eisner with a 43 percent no-confidence vote, yielding a win for Roy Disney and Stanley Gold, former board members who are seeking Eisner's ouster.
