Texas to Limit Fat, Sugar, Fried Foods in School Lunches

NPR's Robert Siegel talks to Susan Combs of the Texas Department of Agriculture about a new policy that would limit fat and sugar in meals and snacks available to public school students — and would eventually eliminate deep-frying from meal preparation. The policy is scheduled to take effect in August 2004.
