With the end of the year less than two weeks away, some are already turning their focus to the tax season. Kay Bell, a tax writer at Bankrate.com, says there are some moves to make before Dec. 31 to lower the 2007 tax bill, such as giving to charity, putting money in retirement accounts and keeping an eye on the so-called "kiddie tax."
