Backyard Astronomer Discovers a Nebula
A backyard stargazer named Jay McNeil is credited with the most significant find by an amateur astronomer in 65 years. The Kentuckian's day job is installing satellite dishes, but he recently identified McNeil's nebula, a faint plume of gas in the night sky.
