Confusion Over Kerry's 'Most Liberal' Senate Record
The National Journal ranked Sen. John Kerry's congressional voting record as the most liberal in the Senate for 2003. But NPR's Mike Pesca reports that the method for arriving at the "most liberal" tag could cause confusion.
