NPR's Bob Edwards talks with Sen. Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) about proposed legislation to intensify regulation of non-profits. Recent news reports have uncovered questionable financial practices at some foundations. The new rules would be similar to corporate responsibility laws passed under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act in 2002.
