Senators from both parties ask U.S. Trade Representative Robert Zoellick to help prevent the international "outsourcing" of U.S. jobs. Zoellick, visiting Capitol Hill to discuss recently completed trade agreements, instead found lawmakers pushing for a tougher stance on retaining jobs. NPR's Kathleen Schalch reports.
