The United States, Britain, France and Germany have apparently agreed on an approach to scrutinizing Iran's compliance with nuclear non-proliferation rules. A draft resolution to be presented at the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna both praises and criticizes Iran. The United States initially had wanted much tougher wording, but is going along with a multilateral approach to Iran. NPR's Vicky O'Hara reports.
