Train Blasts Kill More Than 170 in Madrid
Bomb blasts rip through rush-hour commuter trains in Madrid, killing more than 170 people. No one has claimed responsibility, but Spanish officials suspect the Basque separatist organization ETA. Spanish police have been on high alert ahead of Sunday's general elections, in which ETA's most strident opponents are expected to retain power.
