Soldiers Name New Base After Fallen Comrade

U.S. troops south of Baghdad spent Christmas Day in the most volatile part of Babil province, where they just set up a patrol base a few days ago. The base is named Kelsey for Sgt. Samuel Kelsey, the only soldier in this battalion to be killed in action. He died about 10 days ago in an explosion as he was clearing the road to the base.
