Home prices have fallen for the tenth month in a row, according to the Home Price Index that came out Wednesday. As home values drop, an increasing number of home owners are reassessing their property values in hopes of reducing their taxes. Alex Cohen talks with Marketplace's Steve Tripoli about the effect of dropping home values.
