Prosecutors have charged a woman recently pregnant with twins with murder in the death of a stillborn child, citing the woman's refusal to undergo a Caesarean section as the cause of the death. Doctors reportedly warned the woman at least one of her twins would die unless she underwent the procedure. NPR's Howard Berkes reports.
