Spain's Interior Minister announces receiving a videotape on which a man claims al Qaeda is responsible for Thursday's deadly train bombings. Five arrests were made Saturday in connection with the bombings, which have left over 200 dead. Hear NPR's John Ydstie and reporter Jerome Socolovsky.
