Terror's Impact on Spain's Elections Debated

Just days after the deadliest terrorist attack in Spain's history, the country's opposition Socialist Party swept Sunday's elections, promising to pull the country's troops out of Iraq. Some worry that the Socialist's upset win represents a victory for terrorism and its ability to change national policy. Jerome Socolovsky reports.
