Microsoft Faces EU Antitrust Sanctions

A European Union panel of experts approves findings by the European Commission that Microsoft broke antitrust laws. The proposed remedy would compel Microsoft to offer two versions of its Windows operating system —— one without software to play audio and video. NPR's Wendy Kaufman reports.
