NPR's Laura Sydell has this story about San Francisco Bay area consulting firm that helps firms outsource work and jobs to India. Silicon Valley attracted large numbers of tech-savvy Indian and Chinese immigrants in the 90's. Many of those workers have become today's outsourcing entrepreneurs, with international contacts that make it easy to export jobs.
