Digital Rights: The Tug over a Pug
A blogger claims a TV network stole a picture of her pug dressed for Christmas. Tracey Gaughran-Perez says a picture of her pug Truman was ripped from her blog, tricked out a bit and and used by Fox in a Holiday Greeting spot without her permission.
