EU Debates Response to Terror

European Union justice and interior officials meet in Brussels to discuss counter-terrorism measures on the European continent. The meeting comes a week after deadly bombings on Madrid commuter trains. It also follows a bomb scare in the Paris area and the arrest of a man under Britain's anti-terrorism laws near the Channel tunnel. Hear NPR's Emily Harris.
