Ethnic Violence Returns to Kosovo

Violence has returned to the Serbian province of Kosovo. Albanian gangs recently were accused of burning the homes and churches of Serbian residents, amid reports of at least 28 deaths. Hear NPR's John Ydstie and Harri Holkeri, Kosovo's U.N. administrator.
