The government of Yemen arrested several suspects in the bombing of the destroyer USS Cole in 2000. Most had escaped from a Yemen prison last year. This was one of several incidents that has troubled Washington. NPR's Eric Westervelt reports government officials consider Yemen their reluctant partner in the war on terrorism.
