Firms Turn to Standardized Tests for Hiring

Reporter Allison Keyes talks to Luke Visconti, co-founder of Diversity Inc., about the growing use of standardized tests among corporations to help with hiring decisions. An article in the magazine's current issue suggests that the use of these tests — which some experts feel discriminate against people of color — will affect the level of diversity at firms who use them.
