Soldier Receives Posthumous Silver Star

A soldier killed in the fighting that resulted in Pfc. Jessica Lynch's capture receives a posthumous Silver Star medal. The award, an upgrade to Sgt. Donald Walters' original decoration, was made after the U.S. Army reviewed the ambush that killed 11 U.S. soldiers on March 23, 2003. Colin Fogarty of Oregon Public Broadcasting reports.
