Senate Passes Bill Protecting 'Unborn Victims'

NPR's Robert Siegel talks with NPR's Andrea Seabrook about a new bill passed by the Senate. The legislation is known as the "Unborn Victims of Violence Act," and would make it a seperate federal crime to kill a fetus in committing violence against a pregnant woman.
