Rice Defends Decision Not to Testify

In an interview on 60 Minutes, National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice reiterates her refusal to testify before the commission investigating the Sept. 11 attacks. The panel and victims' families have urged Rice to answer allegations by former counter-terrorism official Richard Clarke that the Bush administration mishandled its response to the attacks.
