Courts in New York City, Lincoln, Neb., and San Francisco hear arguments challenging the federal Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act. The law's supporters say it bans a barbaric and unnecessary medical practice. Opponents say it undermines rights guaranteed in Roe v. Wade. NPR's Libby Lewis reports.
