Police in Britain capture eight suspected terrorists along with bomb-making materials as hundreds of officers take part in sweeping raids. The operation, one of the most comprehensive since Sept. 11, 2001, seized more than 1,000 pounds of ammonium nitrate, a compound often used to increase explosives' power.
