EPA Touts New Clean Water Enforcement

The Environmental Protection Agency says it has developed a new program to ensure compliance with the Clean Water Act. The agency was responding to a new report from an environmental interest group that revealed widespread violations by plants and factories across the country. NPR's Alison Aubrey reports.
