Chirac Adjusts Cabinet After Elections

French President Jacques Chirac shuffles his cabinet after his party was trounced in regional elections Sunday by the Socialist-led opposition. The new lineup moves popular Interior Minister Nicolas Sarkozy to lead the country's ministry of economy and finance. Foreign Minister Dominique de Villepin becomes the new interior minister.
