Mexican Doctor's Suit Against Coke Eyed for Precedent

The Supreme Court held arguments this week on the constitutionality of a foreign national suing an American company in American court. The case, pitting a Mexican doctor against Coca-Cola, is being closely watched by American multinational interests.
