Powell Visits Haiti

Secretary of State Colin Powell travels to Haiti Monday. NPR's Bob Edwards reports Powell will ask the new government not to reward criminals or human rights violators with top jobs. Powell also plans to meet with commanders of the U.S.-led multinational force sent to restore stability after President Jean-Bertrand Aristide was forced from power Feb. 29.
