In a series of interviews marking the Passover holiday, Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon says he plans to withdraw from all 24 Israeli settlements inside the Gaza Strip, as well as four settlements in the northern West Bank. He also says Israel is no longer bound by a pledge to the United States not to harm Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat. NPR's Julie McCarthy reports.
