"The Warrior Method" is a program designed by Raymond Winbush to help parents and teachers transform young black boys into strong, self-reliant men. It is now taught at an institute funded in part by a grant from actors Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith. Winbush joins NPR's Tavis Smiley to discuss the institute he founded earlier this year.
